I mostly use Paint Tool Sai with a bit of Photoshop for post-processing. I might post a tutorial/work-in-process sometime

Can I use your drawing in ____?
Eeyup, as long it's for non-commercial purposes. You don't really need to ask, although it would be nice to give me a link. I enjoy seeing my stuff used in other projects

Do you take commissions?
Nope, not enough time usually
